Summer Sonata

This room features a bright accent wall called "Summer Sonata".  Featuring a large closet, it is open and spacious.  The walls are recently painted, and the carpet is in excellent condition.  There is a lovely sliding glass door opening onto a personal balcony.  To the south, a window faces the grape arbor and is shaded by a sea of grapes in the summer.  In October, their smell is intoxicating beyond belief.

Vaulted ceilings give this large (11'x17') upstairs room a very spacious feel.  The balcony overlooks the front orchard and offers a quiet place to sit and read, pick a few grapes, or sing a silly song for the audience of hens preening below.

A good fit for this room is someone who is clean, on board with bare feet, and can keep their spaghetti downstairs.
