Fresh Lettuce

This room is large (11x17), with a vaulted ceiling and rustic exposed beams.  Looking out over the front yard, which is well separated from the street, it has a very private feel.  In excellent condition, this room has a cheery green accent wall of "Fresh Lettuce".

Featuring a built-in bookshelf beside the closet and plenty of natural light, it has a lot of charming character. Pictured here is what it looked like when a previous occupant was living in the room (before it was repainted).  We love what she did with the space!  

This room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk and rolly chair.
