Monthly rent is $650.00; utilities are included.
Expectations include a basic contribution split between indoor and outdoor upkeep of shared spaces. A guideline of how much time it has historically taken to accomplish shared tasks is between .5 and 3 hours/week depending upon each person's work style and efficiency.
* Security deposit: Equal to half of one month's rent (refundable upon favorable exit conditions)

Encouraged/Supported: Bike, fitness-friendly, ecologically-minded, organic gardening, home cooking, alternative homemade personal care & cleaning products, on-site CSA membership, consideration of others, the use of critical thinking skills, common sense.
Discouraged: Nicotine, CBD/THC consumption, drugs, synthetic chemically-laden product use, keeping animals as pets or confined in small spaces for prolonged periods with less than ideal opportunity for movement.
After an initial period, the opportunity may exist to renegotiate an alternate agreement to reflect a lower monthly rental fee based upon intentional community involvement. See link, "Declining/Rent Freeze"
